We get calls and letters and threats from them and their lawyers. We have become very careful in what we say or mention on our web sites. They find all sorts of ways to interupt our business, from trademark legal suits, to counter claims on just about anything we say or write. There was even one that spent years trying to 'trick' us into saying and/or writing/faxing something (anything) they could take us to court over. We were still innocent then and paid dearly for that business lesson.
Here are two recent examples - letters from competitor's lawyers (with all the 'could get us in trouble' stuff
blacked out).
------- note that we've never sent a lawyer after any of our competitors.
That's not the right way to grow a business. I'll bet if you asked any of them if they ever have, you won't get
an answer!
