When something's good happen.......you should tell someone...right!!! Not only
complaining. Well I'm impressed, I ordered 1pound of one of your products late
may 27th........and got it today may 30th!!!!!!!First I didn't believe I could get this
small amount and 2nd not in this time frame!!! Its sometimes hard to get a small
amounts for 'testing'....200 or 500 pounds well no problem.

In the last 40 years I have not done business with a company like yours......there
is only one word ....... JOB WELL DONE. You really know the needs of your
customer.

Welcome to your source for premium quality, solvent-free epoxy coatings for a wet and brutal world. Our line of epoxies are designed around a performance criteria beyond that of ordinary epoxy coatings.

Several of our epoxies offer properties and convenience unmatched anywhere in the world. These epoxies can actually be applied and will cure underwater and unlike other so-called underwater epoxies (PRIMARY INFO LINK FOR UNDERWATER EPOXIES) , we do not contain MDA or excessive Nonyl Phenol and our wet surface adhesion is outstanding. That holds true for damp surfaces and high humidity environments too - places most epoxies fear to tread. Of course, we bond to dry surfaces too! We are often used when other coatings and epoxies fail. Many epoxies also generate huge amounts of heat when they begin to cure. This can be dangerous to works and damaging to surrounding surfaces. Compared to other epoxies, we have a very, very low exotherm reaction. Click here to see an example of this.

Our performance epoxies are used to rehabilitate sumps, manholes, sweating pipes and busy loading dock floors. Divers use these epoxies to repair ships, piers, and pilings. Also truly unique to several of our coatings is the use of Kevlar® microfibers to thicken and internally reinforce many of our epoxies. Highly inert, highly damage resistant, shock/impact absorbing, chemical resistant Kevlar gives these coatings both thickness and durability as well as internal cohesiveness, much like the use of rebar in concrete.

Finally, all of epoxies are all solvent free (0% VOC),essentially odorless, and can several of them can be shipped without special and expensive HAZ-MAT shipping. Our more uniform cure cycle means a greatly reduced exotherm heat release reaction. Forgiving mix ratios tolerate mixing errors that would ruin other epoxies. "At least 70% of premature coatings failures are traced back to 'surface preparation' whether referring to wood, concrete, or metal. In a commercial recoating project, the costs (and profit) associated with surface preparation are about 70% of the job. How extensive the surface preparation is will depend on the performance expectation of the owner... Know the A, B, C's of surface preparation - visible contaminants, invisible contaminants, and profile."

We've found that most problems are the result of recoating too soon. Recoat epoxies after 24 hours, for putting different kinds of coatings over each other, wait at least 48 hours. Our aluminum filled, moisture cured urethane is an exception. Topcoat within 16 hours.
