Shipping to Canada

As you may be aware, it is a difficult and expensive task shipping most products to Canada. Many (not all) of our epoxies require Haz-mat shipping. The private carriers, FED EX, UPS etc. either do not ship these goods to Canada, or do so at outrageous prices. We ship the non-hazmat epoxies by US mail. but these packages sometimes get lost for two or more weeks at Customs and everyone frets over these missing or delayed packages. The best strategy we have is to ship to a US destination and have our Canadian customers cross the border and collect their purchase on the US side. We have used this same strategy with orders to Mexico. Also see INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (see below)

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY OF OUR HAZMAT PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES REQUIRE PREPAYMENT - CREDIT CARD OR WIRE TRANSFER (ADD $32 FOR WIRE TRANSFER BANK FEES). NO EXCEPTIONS. NO LETTERS OF CREDIT ACCEPTED.
