I find working with traditional acids unpleasant and dangerous, so when we found this
alternative product we quickly added it to our product list. One needs to take care when working with any chemical,
but his product basically has no order, acid burn, or acid fumes (which will also damage metals surfaces, in addition
to your personal health). Besides mildly etching concrete, it also has some cleaners associated with it. Dilute
the 1 gal product with 1 gallon of water and use the resulting 2 gallons to treat 200 square feet of concrete.
Let sit for a few minutes and then rinse off (rinse twice to be sure to remove completely).
Note that we sell products, we are not surface preparation experts or consultants. We are not saying that if you
use this product you will not have any problems, nor are we saying that this is our 'approved and recommended'
surface preparation method. Which products to use, the suitability of the products, etc. remain the responsibility
of the purchaser. That said, this product appears to be a nice, much safer alternative to traditional acid etching
of concrete and one worth your consideration.

12000 cleaner™
We keep looking for a concrete cleaning product and think we've found a good one at last.
Our 12000 Cleaner™ was designed to remove tire marks on concrete, plus it is a degreaser and a cleaner. Use it
for spot cleaning your concrete surfaces.
Will it degrease and clean well enough to get epoxies and other coatings to bond to a formerly greasy spot? We
don't know yet. WE ARE NOT SAYING USE THIS PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE PROBLEMS and we are not recommending this
product over any other product you have used for similar situations.

This is a waterbased, non hazmat solution used to degloss tile prior to coating with
any sort of paint. It actually leaves a tightly bound salt on the surface.
